Lounge, Kitchen and Deck
After an exhaustingly fun day out in nature, the spacious lodge awaits. Grab a bottle of chilled wine or make a hot cuppa, then relax on the large deck and enjoy the panoramic views across the greenest native bush out to the horizon. There are two top-of-the-range gas BBQ's on one end of the deck and plenty of seating. The deck can also be entirely closed from the weather, creating an enormous 'lounge'.
When the mood hits, head indoors and sink into the comfy couches in front of the huge open fire. There's always a stack ready to just light when you arrive, and piles of wood to keep it burning through the night.
Colourful rugs, polished wooden floors, large dining tables and exposed timber beams are also features of the very spacious lounge, as is the excellent stereo system!
We have a good collection of books and magazines for you to relax with, as well as a number of board games and cards to play.
There is another lounge/function area between both bunk houses, with comfy couches and a ping pong table.
The adjoining kitchen is very well-equipped. Features include:
- Gas hobs
- Large walk-in fridge Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans for up to 40 people
- (including large crock pots if you're cooking for an army!)
- Small 'bar' fridge
- Dishwasher
- Lots and lots of bench space!
- Continuous boiling water
- Complimentary coffee, milo and teas including herbal teas
